It includes Neutral Red Uptake (NKA), MTT and XTT tests performed within the scope of cytotoxicity. In our center, the cytotoxicity test is performed by the MTT test, which is based on the principle of reducing the succinate dehydrogenesis enzyme in mitochondria to purple colored formazone crystals.
