The presence of hemolytic material in contact with blood can cause damage to red blood cells and produce high levels of free plasma hemoglobin, which induces toxic effects that can stress organs. In our center, blood compatibility and hemolysis tests are performed according to ISO 10993-4 and ASTM F756-17 standards.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”black”][lab_portfolio_items title=”Other Tests” title_tag=”h3″ columns=”2″ reveal_effect=”slidenfade-one”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”3\/12″ el_class=”sidebar-appointments”][vc_widget_sidebar sidebar_id=”shop_sidebar”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
[vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1653567691725{margin-top: 20px !important;}”][vc_column width=”9\/12″][vc_custom_heading text=”Hemolysis (Blood Interaction Tests) ISO 10993-4″ font_container=”tag:h1|text_align:left” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text] It is based on the spectrophotometric measurement of erythrocyte loss and the increase in the level of free plasma hemoglobin secreted as a result of damage, which occurs as a result of the interaction of the materials used in the devices that…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1796,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"portfolio_category":[],"portfolio_tag":[],"class_list":["post-1731","portfolio","type-portfolio","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mdrbiyotest.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/portfolio\/1731","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mdrbiyotest.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/portfolio"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mdrbiyotest.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/portfolio"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.mdrbiyotest.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.mdrbiyotest.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=1731"}],"version-history":[{"count":3,"href":"https:\/\/www.mdrbiyotest.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/portfolio\/1731\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1734,"href":"https:\/\/www.mdrbiyotest.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/portfolio\/1731\/revisions\/1734"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.mdrbiyotest.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/1796"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mdrbiyotest.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1731"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"portfolio_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.mdrbiyotest.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/portfolio_category?post=1731"},{"taxonomy":"portfolio_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.mdrbiyotest.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/portfolio_tag?post=1731"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
